The OSFM is recruiting for a **Data & Operations Analyst** **(Operations & Policy Analyst 2)**.
As the Data & Operations Analyst you will work with program leadership to measure program efficiencies through the development and tracking of key performance indices, conducting trend and time series analysis, developing forecasts for core services, developing interactive dashboards, story maps and research reports, building surveys, and more.
Additionally, as a key data steward in the Department, this position will also partner with other analysts, program staff, and IT specialists to implement data governance best practices to ensure a healthy and functional data environment.* Ability to analyze business program trends and operational data to support decision-making.* Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and visual reporting.* Experience using ArcGIS Pro for mapping and spatial data interpretation.* Skilled in creating surveys, analyzing results, and applying findings to program improvements.* Familiarity with program evaluation frameworks, including logic models and process mapping.* Expertise in developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor success.* Strong ability to create clear, comprehensive reports and present data insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.**You are required to upload your resume describing how you meet the minimum qualifications and cover letter describing how you meet the desired attributes listed above.*** Your application and resume will also be used when completing a
