R0005331As an Operational Buyer, you are responsible for the full Request-to-Pay (R2P) cycle within your assigned purchasing categories. You ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase requests and orders while maintaining high standards in quality, lead time, on-time delivery, and supplier performance. Acting as a key link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, you contribute to optimizing total cost of ownership and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.### Your responsibilities* Manage the complete **operational purchasing process**: from purchase request validation to order creation, follow-up, and issue resolution* Ensure proper application of **supply agreements** and **framework contracts*** Understand stakeholder needs and specifications to ensure appropriate purchasing decisions* Maintain and develop strong **relationships with suppliers** to ensure service quality and reliability* Monitor **supplier performance** and collaborate with Category Buyers and stakeholders for continuous improvement* Provide high-quality **operational support** and **customer service** to internal clients, ensuring process compliance* Contribute to **KPI monitoring**, **continuous improvement initiatives**, and **market exploration**### Your profile* Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are an asset* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication abilities with proven stakeholder management experience* Detail-oriented and structured, with a proactive and results-driven approach* Experienced in managing day-to-day supplier relationships and administrative processes* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems, reporting tools, and procurement platforms is an advantage* Demonstrates integrity, ownership, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team* Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a dynamic, international environment* Previous experience in a similar or administrative role is a plus### Our offer* Extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balance* Permanent training track for personal and professional development* Stimulating, innovative workplace with numerous growth opportunities* People-oriented environment with a focus on employee wellbeinglocations:
