Merchandiser – Cincinnati (Beechmont), OH Position: Seasonal Merchandiser – part time.

The Scotts Miracle‑Grocery Company

hiring in field sales to support large‑box retailers such as Home Depot and Lowe’s. Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 ೆಯ–$19.00, paid weekly, and is determined by skills, experience and location.

Responsibilities

Mer(second merchandise inside and outside stores

Provide customers and store associates with product knowledge on Scotts brands

Ensure product is stocked and presentable at all times

Assist in identifying opportunities for solution selling and incremental space

Provide support to Sales Manager and store employees as needed

Work effectively independently and as a team to perform all assigned tasks

Qualifications

Experience in retail, merchandising, or stocking preferred

Problem‑solving, service‑oriented attitude

Flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and irregular hours

Ability to operate company‑provided technology

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Capacity to routinely walk, stand, climb an 8‑12 ft ladder, lift up to 45 lbs and tolerate weather elements (heat, cold, wind, rain)

Proficiency in written and spoken English
