About the Role
You’ll be ZOE’s Braze expert — the person who helps us unlock the full power of our CRM platform to drive better retention, engagement, and user experience.
As part of our Retention Marketing team, you’ll build, optimise, and scale lifecycle campaigns across email, pushUse SMS, and in-app messaging. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Creative Studio, and Ecom to ensure flawless execution and seamless customer journeys.
This role is for someone whit a high attention to detail and understands the technical and operational side of Braze inside‑out. You’ll help us make smarter use of data, automate intelligently, and scale personalisation as we grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Braze platform — governance, segmentation, testing and best practice documentation.
Build and send multiple lifecycle campaigns weekly across email, push, and SMS.
Collaborate with Ecommerce and Engineering on events, triggers, and transactional messages.
Partner with Creative Studio to build and QA email and IAM assets for flawless delivery.
Monitor deliverability, message reliability, and audience health — identifying and resolving issues fast.
Improve Braze data structure, integrations, and workflows to increase automation and reduce engineering load.
Analyse campaign performance and contribute to lift in retention‑driven revenue, IAM engagement, and opt‑in rates.
Track and report on Braze governance, message reliability, and development time spent on Braze tasks.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Significant depth of experience working with Braze in a fast‑paced, high growth environment
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, liquid logic, event triggers, and experimentation.
A data‑driven mindset with strong analytical ability and a focus on measurable outcomes.
Proven experience collaborating with technical and creative teams to deliver high‑impact lifecycle campaigns.
Comfort working across multiple channels (email, push, IAM, SMS) and managing large audiences.
A love of clean documentation, scalable systems, and continuous optimisation.
