Style Supervisor

**Location:** New York, New York**Reports to:** Style Supervisor**Job Summary:** The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency. This role supervises staff, monitors cleanliness, and coordinates daily housekeeping operations to maintain a welcoming and well-maintained hotel environment. **Essential Functions and Duties:**Work with the security office to manage lost and found items. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.***Required Experience, Education, and Skills:** 2+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel environment. Experience managing staff schedules, performance evaluations, and training programs. Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and housekeeping management software.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
