Base pay range $9,360.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required)
Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hr up to $35 per hr.
Responsibilities
Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress‑free environment.
Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
Have a blast, remain open‑minded, and continually improve by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
Location Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre‑schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.
Requirements
High school diploma with some college (preferred).
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
Availability most Monday‑Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
Physically active, punctual, and organized.
Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 15 years old.
Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking.
