Pay & Benefits
$21‑$23 per hour (pay varies with education and experience)

Requirements
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
Associate’s degree or higher
Completed 48 college semester units
Responsibilities
Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more
Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children’s sense of wonder
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students’ interests and talents
Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff‑child‑parent relationships are fostered
