GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Minneapolis, MN.
We are looking for sharp observers who can spot threats before they erupt.

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises
Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors
Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED
Pass extensive screening process
Strong report writing skills
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration
Strong proficiency with technology
Military or law‑enforcement experience preferred
Previous security experience
State license if required
