Enterprise Desktop Administrator . This position requires onsite work in the Bismarck-Mandan metro area. Responsibilities
Monitor, coordinate and resolve incidents and/or changes requested by customers and internal staff. Provide remote and on‑site support for computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, scanners and other peripherals. Provide provisioning of devices for several state agencies. Manage asset inventory throughout a device's lifecycle, including surplus of equipment. Identify, document, and clearly articulate operational functions and work with business analysts to identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have an associate degree in computer science or a closely related field, or a high school diploma and two years of current and progressive IT technical related work experience. About Team ND
