This is a full-time hybridAKER role for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager based in Newton, NJ, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. Responsibilities
Managing client accounts Delivering exceptional customer service Assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries Maintaining strong client relationships Coordinating with clients to evaluate risk Recommending suitable policies Supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives Qualifications
Proficiency in Account Management and Insurance-related processes Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Sales with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail Proficient in using insurance management software and other relevant tools State licensing for insurance (or ability to obtain licensing within a specified period)
