Restoration Operations Manager Servpro® of Belle Meade / West Nashville
Each SERVPRO® franchise is independently owned and operated.
Why This Role Matters Restoration Operations Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for driving performance, consistency, and accountability across the Restoration Division. This role partners closely with the General Manager, Office Manager, Restoration Managers, senior leadership, and ownership to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
This role is about leading the operation—not running every job personally. Success comes from setting expectations, building strong leaders, and improving systems, not long‑term firefighting.
Our Core Values (How You’ll Show Up Every Day) Built on Trust You create clarity, consistency, and accountability across the restoration operation—earning trust from leadership, managers, and field teams.
A Place to Call Home You help build a stable, respectful production culture where expectations are clear, leaders are supported, and teams are developed—not burned out.
Onward & Upward You analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement operational improvements that move the division forward.
Stewardship You protect the business by managing resources responsibly—labor, equipment, vehicles, and processes—while maintaining quality and compliance.
Master Where You Are You bring deep restoration expertise and continue sharpening your leadership, operational, and industry knowledge.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Operational Leadership & Performance
Oversee daily operations of the Restoration Division, ensuring consistency and accountability
Lead and facilitate daily Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) meetings to coordinate resources and priorities
Maintain focus on critical restoration outcomes and key performance measures (KPMs)
Review operational results, identify root causes, and implement improvement strategies
Coordinate and support large loss and storm work as needed
Represent the Restoration Division as a member of the leadership team, operating within the EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
Team Development & Leadership
Directly lead and develop Restoration Managers
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to strengthen leadership capability
Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring recommendations in partnership with leadership
Facilitate and conduct training and professional development planning for restoration leadership
Conduct annual performance reviews for Restoration Managers
Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
Develop, implement, and maintain KPM‑driven quality standards that benchmark team performance against standards of excellence to guarantee exceptional customer and client outcomes
Oversee restoration compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements
Stay informed on federal, state, and local regulations impacting restoration operations
Support safety, risk management, and best practices across jobsites
Asset, Fleet & Resource Oversight
Develop and oversee protocols to maintain facilities, vehicles, equipment, and consumables
Ensure operational resources are ready, compliant, and efficiently utilized
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Support
Review and discuss operational outcomes and key performance metrics with the General Manager and senior leadership
Improve efficiency of systems, processes, and workflows across the division
Identify labor or production inefficiencies and implement corrective strategies
Continue developing leadership and restoration expertise
Support other operational initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For Required
High school diploma or GED (college degree strongly preferred)
IICRC WRT and ASD certifications (required)
6+ years of hands‑on restoration experience
Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience
Proven experience using Xactimate in a restoration environment
Strong operational, leadership, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead restoration teams and drive operational performance
Preferred
Additional IICRC certifications
Experience leading multi‑team or multi‑site operations
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement operational improvements
Work Schedule
Full‑time, salaried, exempt leadership position
Day‑to‑day responsibilities primarily occur Monday–Friday during normal business and production hours
Restoration operations are event‑driven and do not always follow a fixed schedule; as a result, this role carries leadership responsibility to engage when critical needs arise outside normal hours
After‑hours or weekend involvement is not constant, but leadership ownership and availability are expected when circumstances require it.
The Bottom Line This role is for a leader who:
Knows restoration inside and out
Builds systems instead of firefighting
Develops leaders
Owns outcomes while partnering with leadership
If you’re ready to lead a restoration operation with clarity, structure, and accountability—we’d love to talk.
