We are seeking a versatile Senior Full-Stack Developer to design and implement end-to-end features for our pharmaceutical rebate management platform. This role spans the full technology stack—from SQL Server databases to user interfaces—while modernizing our ASP.NET MVC architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development (60%)

Build new rebate calculation workflows and member-facing features.

Implement MVC views and controllers, C# backend services, and rebate calculators.

Create Entity Framework models and database schemas.

Integrate with pharmaceutical data providers (QS1, distributors).

Technical Improvements (40%)

Optimize performance for complex rebate calculations.

Refactor pharmaceutical business logic patterns.

Enhance scalability for high-volume transaction processing.

Collaboration & Architecture

Translate business requirements into UI designs and technical implementations.

Work with backend specialists on rebate calculation APIs.

Participate in architecture discussions to shape platform evolution.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of full-stack development with C# and modern web frameworks.

Expert-level C# with .NET Framework 4.7+ for backend API development.

RESTful API design and integration.

Entity Framework 6+ (Database-First) and SQL Server expertise.

Azure Cloud Services (Web Roles) and Azure Blob Storage experience.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/Bootstrap, and responsive design.

Background processing technologies (Azure WebJobs).

Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to navigate complex business rules and evolving regulations.

Proactive problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Pharmaceutical or healthcare rebate/contract management experience.

Legacy .NET Framework migration and modernization.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with business rule engines and financial calculation systems.

Performance optimization for high-volume transaction processing.

Understanding of pharmaceutical distribution chains and GPO operations.
