CNC Programmer / Medical CNC Programmer

to support both new part development and ongoing production. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Production teams to optimize workflows, drive improvements, and ensure the successful launch of new projects. Additional responsibilities include training team members to uphold quality and production standards, meeting or exceeding customer requirements, and maintaining production efficiency. The role also involves performing first article and in-process inspections using a variety of precision tools, including micrometers, calipers, gage pins, thread gages, drop indicators, and vision/probing measuring equipment. Essential Job Functions Program New Jobs Set Up Jobs to Meet production requirements. Able to effectively meet timelines and deadlines. Optimize Existing Jobs. Effectively use measuring equipment to verify part quality acceptance. Document daily activities through established ERP system. Tooling and material management. Perform daily maintenance and cleaning activities. Requirement & Qualification High school diploma or equivalent 3 to 5 years’ Machining with Programming Experience Proficient Blueprint Reading and knowledge of GD&T Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with teammates and Management.
