Then Kellanova Europe is the place for you—because at Kellanova we focus on agility, growth and innovation. Kellanova Benelux is looking for an E‑commerce Category Manager Benelux. You’ll be joining the Benelux Revenue Growth & Category Management team, a vibrant group of nine professionals based in Belgium (Zaventem) and the Netherlands (‘s Hertogenbosch).

This role is based in our Dutch office (Hertogenbosch) but will require some travel to the Belgian market—giving you a truly cross‑border experience in one of the most dynamic regions in European retail and working with some truly market‑leading products including Pringles.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Crafting the E‑commerce Strategy

– You’ll take the lead in shaping, presenting and executing a dynamic strategy for our Benelux e‑commerce channels, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and driving growth across key platforms.

Building Strong Customer Relationships

– As the external face of E‑commerce, you’ll cultivate and maintain impactful partnerships with our digital retail customers, becoming their go‑to expert for category management.

Driving Cross‑Functional Collaboration

– You’ll orchestrate the E‑commerce Support Strategy by identifying the right tools and syncing efforts across Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing and external partners to deliver seamless execution.

Mastering the Digital Shelf

– Voeg assortiment curation to optimal product positioning, ensuring our digital shelf stands out, delivering excellence in visibility, content and conversion.

Enhancing the Customer Journey

– You’ll continuously refine the online experience, making it intuitive and engaging for shoppers while maximizing performance across touchpoints.

Turning Data into Action

– Through sharp performance analysis and compelling presentations, you’ll translate insights into strategies that elevate our e‑commerce impact.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Master’s degree in Business and e‑commerce experience in FMCG – Proven track record in managing e‑commerce within the fast‑moving consumer goods sector in the Netherlands and/or Belgium.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Solid understanding of P&L management, including metrics like Net Sales Value and Gross Profit.

Strong analytical skills and passion for data – Expertise in retail insights tools such as Nielsen, IRI, GFK, SIS.

Language fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Valid driver’s licence (Category B).
