Job Description Albemarle is hiring for a Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence - Analyst. This position is hybrid and located in Budapest, Hungary.
What You Will Do Solutions
Design, prototype, and develop reports and dashboards that enable informed decision‑making, identify trends and improvement opportunities, monitor KPIs, and support business strategy through actionable insights—serving as a bridge between raw data and business stakeholders.
Prototype and define data solutions using ad‑hoc tools.
Create, analyze, and deploy analytics solutions leveraging business intelligence and process expertise.
Serve as the subject matter expert for reporting layers across all analytics scenarios.
Participate in Analytics and IT change management cycles.
Consult on the identification, development, and ongoing maintenance of the approved reporting and analytics toolset across the organization.
Recommend and implement process and reporting improvements aligned with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) principles.
Direct Stakeholder Support
Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder issues through active participation in the incident management process.
Develop and deliver training materials, including quick reference guides, recorded sessions, and other resources.
Conduct live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group formats.
Educate stakeholders on proper data usage and analytics best practices.
Provide expertise on reporting and analytics tools, data, processes, and content across SAP environments and analytics platforms
Governance
Support the reporting governance process by ensuring reports and metrics are validated, documented, and appropriately published.
Collaborate with RFS Architects and analytics stakeholders to manage corporate metrics and maintain a single version of the truth across the organization.
What You Bring Required
Fluent in English
Self‑starter with the ability to learn new tools, systems and process quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills
Experience with SAP S/4, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), Databricks, HANA Enterprise, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Azure, PowerBI, Celonis and/or other Reporting and Analytics applications
Preferred
B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related scientific application
1‑3 years of experience in Reporting / Business Analytics
