Visually inspect or check parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments or against fixed samples. Check dimensions against blueprint or work order specifications. This role may work in other departments as needed.Key Responsibilities* Ability to use basic inspection instruments.* Ability to read and understand basic product specifications and work instructions.* Accurately record inspection results and maintain detailed records of testing processes and outcomes.* Identify and document any non-conformances or deviations from standards.* Must be cross-trained and able to support all Quality Inspector I roles.**Required Skills and Qualifications***Essential Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent.* Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures).* Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.).* Ability to follow blueprints.* Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.* Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency (data entry).**Performance Expectations*** Comprehend and follow instructions.* Perform assigned tasks.* Maintain an appropriate work pace.* Maintain accuracy in work completed.* Support continuous work culture.* Work in other departments as needed.**Work Environment*** The position is based in a manufacturing facility, which may involve exposure to loud noises, varying temperatures, and dust from production processes.* The position will be working in a brightly lit area.* Associates will frequently work near or with machinery with moving parts, following strict safety protocols.* The facility operates on shift schedules with potential for overtime, including weekends, based on production needs.* This environment emphasizes team collaboration and adherence to safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all associates.**Our Benefits**We care about and invest in our employees.
