problem pallets, hold area, new locations, code dating, etc. 20%* Coordinates with purchasing department and other distribution departments. 10%* Reports to work when scheduled and on time.**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:**
(These are considered occasional in nature)* Distributes reports as outlined by supervisors.* Performs other job related duties and special projects as required.**Supervisory Responsibilities:**None**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:*** Must have ability to solve practical problems; variety of variables with limited standardization; interpret instructions.* Must have ability to interpret verbal or written work instructions; write identifying information; file, post, and mail materials; copy data from one record to another; and evaluate technical data.* Must have ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.**Education and Experience:**High school or equivalent experience.One to three years of similar or related work experience.**Physical Requirements:*** Must be physically able to perform light work:
exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.* Visual requirements include vision from 20 inches or less to 20 feet or more with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision.* Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Reaching, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, fingering, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions**Working Conditions:**The duties of this position are performed in a combination of office and warehouse settings.
There is exposure to dirt, noise, temperature extremes, and equipment movement hazards.
There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.**Equipment Used to Perform Job:**Office equipment including telephone, 10-key calculator, copier, and fax.
