This role is critical in ensuring seamless conferencing experiences in executive spaces while driving innovation and compliance with corporate standards.### **What You’ll Work On*** Plan and manage operational and administrative activities for Executive AV.* Lead large-scale technology deployments for conference room management.* Act as the primary liaison with Facilities and Project Teams for site remodels and new builds.* Evaluate and contribute to future-state desktop and AV technology strategies.* Conduct risk-based planning sessions and proactively mitigate potential risks.* Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies, identifying process improvements.* Provide accurate reporting, metrics, and project updates.* Champion change and innovation with a global perspective.* Manage AV equipment implementation, troubleshooting, and vendor escalations.* Oversee integration of Abbott-standard AV and unified communication tools (MS Teams, Cisco).* Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.* Maintain firmware updates, documentation, and regular maintenance cadence for executive spaces.### **Required Qualifications*** Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AV.* Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.* Expertise with Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Call Manager, MS Teams Admin, and unified communication systems.* Experience with MS Teams and Cisco interoperability.* Proven leadership and organizational abilities.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to interpret technical needs and deliver effective solutions.### **Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field.* Experience in FDA-regulated environments.* Familiarity with risk-based planning and project management best practices.* Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.**Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:**Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
