Airport Customer Service Agent – MSO (Part Time)
Location: Missoula, MT. Shift: A.M. and P.M. (rotating). Pay: Base $15.50, Seasonal $1.50, Total $17 per hour. Position: Non‑exempt, Part‑time, 30 hours per week start.

Job Summary Provide customer service to passengers for all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and any other queries or complaints.

Job Duties
Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check‑in, including support for special needs passengers such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and wheelchair assistance.
Handle all aspects of ticketing and check‑in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations, and resolving related complaints.
Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine.
Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate‑checked bags are available for loading at departure and delivery upon arrival.
Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned within expected skill, experience, and capabilities.
Complete work safely, following company safety and operational standards.
Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs.
Physical Requirements
Must constantly lift up to 70 lbs or more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, grasp; frequently climb and crawl.
Working Conditions
Work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
Work in outdoor weather conditions, possibly severe seasonal elements.
