Responsibilities
anún dsi++; Manage interactions with investors, banks, and other external and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate, and efficient communication.
Build and maintain structured trackers, spreadsheets, and reports to monitor projects, time allocation, and invoicing across teams, legal entities, and years.
Catalogue digital documentation, creating a reliable, fool‑proof, easy‑to‑navigate archive.
Handle sensitive documentation, including contracts, salary conversion, offboarding, and compliance records.
Continuously improve team workflows by introducing better structure, tools, and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.

Reasoning ability:
Solve complex problems with first‑principle thinking, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and attend to critical details.
Drive:
Extremely ambitious, with initiative, effort, and tenacity. Holds oneself to a high rising bar and feels deeply responsible for work.

Fluent English and Italian : Read and write fluently in both languages.
