Job Description Customer Service Representative: The following general description applies to all Customer Service Representatives. Please read the information listed below.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and the walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training is provided on the job (orientation and training).

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person on a touchscreen computer system.

Mathematical skills: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used) and make correct monetary change.

Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Personal qualities: Clean Cut & Personable, Outgoing & Energetic, Dependable, Reliable & Punctual, Prompt & Responsible, Quick Learner & Self‑Motivated.
