The Role Coordinate and manage facility grants, support partner organizations, and coordinate departmental meetings and travel logistics.

Facility Grants And Support

Process facility grants and awards

Maintain general facility email inquiries

Distribute the ASBA Court Construction Manual as requested

Coordinate the distribution of facility grant award signs

Manage the facility grant customer service survey program

Support the TVS portion of the USTA Foundation Facility program

Event Support

Support logistics and planning for industry conferences, department events, trainings, and workshops (NRPA, USO events, OFA)

Organize and process travel logistics, expenses, and booth space for events

Manage Outstanding Facility Awards ("OFA") program

Create and distribute awards applications

Assemble a review team and organize submission packets for review

Department Support

Coordinate departmental meetings, travel logistics, and expenses

Support USTA Section’s initiatives

Process and track invoices and expense reports

Who You Are

Exceptional communication: verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Grant management: ensuring compliance with grant requirements

Coordinating logistics: organizing and managing the details of events, meetings, and other activities, ensuring a smooth process

Detail-oriented: attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and avoid errors

Time management: ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency and experience with Google Workspace or other similar office software products

Experience working with Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory

Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, and Internet; willing to be trained in Salesforce, Novatus/IntelAgree, and Concur

Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required

The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000–$48,000 and overtime eligible. This range does not include additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify.
