RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to join our fun, collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team! We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, torticollis, and more. You will play an integral role in collaborating with other professionals to help our pediatric patients reach their goals and learn new skills. This position offers strong mentorship in all areas of pediatric physical therapy. atende文明 Our PTs have opportunities to participate in internal and external continuing education and collaborate with colleagues across our 12 centers in the Chicagoland area, as well as the opportunity to join our Pediatric Bowel & Bladder team and gain specialty skills in this area if interested.

Responsibilities
Understand the appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws that govern how PTs may practice and whom they may supervise.
Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency, and duration of therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and complete patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements.
Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with the approval of the manager and referring physicians per HIPAA guidelines.(nome)::>
Stay current and up to date with physical therapy research and employ evidence‑based practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.
