Hourly Pay Rate:
$25 per hour
Shift:
4‑hour shifts, Fridays (9 AM‑4 PM); Mondays and Wednesdays may be included as needed.

About the Role As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you provide compassionate non‑medical home care services to the elderly and disabled, helping clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.
Key Responsibilities
Companionship care
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Transportation to medical appointments
Provide dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, hospice care and more
Hourly care
Light housekeeping and organization
Requirements
Experience helping with ADLs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED (not required)
Ability to drive client in own vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
Cell phone with internet access
Benefits
Hourly rate: $25 (may vary by experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access)
Weekly payments
Flexible schedule – full‑time or part‑time
Holiday pay: time and a half
Training and ongoing support; 24/7 office assistance
