As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and efficiently, leaving a positive impression on attendees. This position requires individuals who are adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces according to event specifications. Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and clients throughout the event. Manage registration and check‑in processes for guests. Assist with the coordination of event activities and schedules of speakers or entertainers. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in proper working order before the event starts. Handle inquiries and resolve issues that may arise during the event. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Previous experience in event staffing or customer service roles preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects as needed during setup and breakdown. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
