Schedule:
Full‑time with on‑call responsibilities. Schedule will vary based on needs of programs and may include evenings and weekends.

Duties
Assess each individual’s health‑care needs on an annual and “as needed” basis through an interdisciplinary team.
Secure medical referrals and orders to meet the medical needs of the individuals.
Ensure physician’s orders, including medications and treatments, are implemented as ordered.
Identify potential sources of communicable diseases and implement appropriate protection and preventative measures.
Report the presence of communicable diseases to appropriate personnel and agencies as required by state, federal regulations and organizational policies.
Provide and participate in an individual’s health‑care related instruction in cooperation with Program Directors.
Assist in coordination of the use of outside health‑care professionals, improving the quality and availability of their services.
Act as a liaison between medical professionals and Dungarvin staff.
Monitor that the services provided are of quality and meet individual needs.
Qualifications Essential Qualifications:
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
Valid driverwant’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record that meets agency insurance policy requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior education and/or experience working with developmentally disabled individuals, long‑term care, or home health care.
Personal Attributes
Demonstrated maturity, flexibility, and self Una. motivation.
Proven dependability and ability to work cooperatively with individuals, staff, interdisciplinary team members, and outside agencies.
Technical Proficiency
Competency in computer software applications; by the conclusion of the orientation period, the employee must demonstrate satisfactory performance in all job duties as assessed by the supervisor.
Proficiency in the following software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Therapist, KRONOS.
