Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor . Per Diem shifts are916? no; shifts are available for 3:00 pm–11:00 pm and on weekends. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care. Performing resident/patient assessments. Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures. Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients. Checking residents/patients’ vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records. Overseeing clinical operations; the RN Supervisor also handles various administrative tasks. Administering prescribed medications and injections. Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs. Assisting in the admissions and discharge process. The RN Supervisor role encompasses both clinical responsibilities and administrative duties. Requirements for the RN Supervisor position: Nursing and management experience in a long‑term care environment. Must be an RN, graduate from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred but not required. Must have a current RN license and CPR or BLS certification.
