Join the Rooms To Go team where you will support sales associates, customers, and store management in our retail store offices. Your responsibilities include processing payments, handling finance applications, answering delivery questions, providing customer care, answering phones, and performing other office duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Assisting with customer care responsibilities

Answering phones

Performing other office duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

Three to six months of relevant experience preferred

Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation

Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED

Good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past six months or more

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
