About Us We are dedicated to delivering exceptional oral care and ensuring our patients’ comfort. Our experienced professionals provide personalized treatment and educate patients about proper oral hygiene, helping them maintain optimal dental health while saving time and money.
Pay & Hours Very competitive wage, negotiated per experience and credentials (average $21.00-$25.00 hourly). Full‑time, Monday–Thursday meg ((7:30 am–5:00 pm). Friday schedule varies.

Responsibilities
Keep the operations efficient and running smoothly as an experienced Dental Assistant.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing questions and concerns.
Maintain a clean workspace and assist other members of the dental team.
Greets patients of all ages, escorting them to the appropriate operatory space.
Prepare instrument cassettes and set up materials for procedures.
Perform sterilization of contaminated dental instruments after appropriate training and following infection‑control protocols.
Make accurate alginate impressions to be poured into diagnostic models after training.
Assist with procedures including fixed and removable prosthodontics, esthetic and non‑esthetic direct restorations, oralates and endodontics.
Explain dental procedures and answer basic questions about treatment planning to the patient.
Assist office personnel during patient health emergencies.
Show willingness to learn new technologies (impression scanning, digital restoration design, etc.).
Stay on task during and in between appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Driven attitude to succeed!
Excellent knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to assist in thorough oral examinations.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other dental professionals.
Passion for providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.
