Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Re‑assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings, and conduct family conferences. Conduct discharge evaluations, recommend home and community safety measures, and provide referral resources. Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, service recipients, and families. Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and enhance outcomes. What You Need
Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program. Valid Speech‑Language Pathology license in Texas. Current CPR Certification. Minimum one year of SLP practice. Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury preferred. Professional verbal and written communication skills. About Our Line of Business
