Licensed Practical Nurse
to work at the state Correctional Facility Ballest, North Carolina.
Pay Rate:
$40 / hour
Employment Type
Full-time, W-2
Shifts Available
12‑hour shifts, every other weekend once oriented
Days (additional shift options availableirable)
Job Responsibilities
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Administer prescribed medications to patients
Minimum Qualifications
At least one year (12 months) of experience as an LPN
A valid and current LPN license issued by the State of North Carolina
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
Proficiency in the English language (effective oral and written communication)
Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at STI by 2x.
