NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BLACK SOCIAL WORKERS . We seek creative, flexible clinicians who want to work outside a typical 9‑5 schedule and provide family‑oriented behavioral health care.

Scope of Practice

Provide individualized and family mental health services in clients’ homes and community settings.

Participate in an on‑call rotation with other clinicians and care coordinators.

Develop and implement evidence‑based, strength‑based interventions tailored to each family.

Collaborate with other mental health professionals, related agencies, and families to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing.

Maintain reliable clinical documentation and adhere to agency policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field, accredited.

Clinical licensure (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain licensure within 12 months.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage children, youth, and families.

Experience working with diverse, multilingual families; bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Background clearance, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $86,611.20 – $96,345.60 per year.

Signing bonus up to $5,000 unos; relocation assistance.

First responder pay: $1,800.00 per year; performance pay up to $8,000.00 per year.

Licensure pay: $250.00 per pay period (twice monthly).

Bi‑lingual stipend: $100‑200 per_fake pay period.

403‑B employee savings plan plus pension contribution.

12 paid holidays + 1 personal holiday per year, 3 weeks vacation, 12 sick days, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Locations Served

Burien, WA – Serving South Seattle Latino/Latinx communities.

Tukwila, WA – Serving South King County communities.
