Join Flagship Therapy as a full‑time Physical Therapist at our Mt. Ogden Health & Rehabilitation facility, a post‑acute care center offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services. We seek a team player ready to provide evidence‑based rehabilitation and patient education in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct screenings and evaluations of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans that adhere to regulatory and clinical standards.
Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients, following regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Administer a variety of procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices, with wound care as needed.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications
Physical Therapy license required.
Open to therapists of all experience levels, including new graduates.
