Responsibilities
Monitoring and assessing critically ill patients in the ICU
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Providing patient education and emotional support to patients and families
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards
