Sales & Support Specialist Senior (Equipment Finance)
Support Commercial Banking teams by providing expert administrative and loan documentation support across the full credit lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant loan preparation, documentation, and funding while delivering a strong client experience. You’ll collaborate closely with relationship teams and gain exposure to complex commercial lending transactions.

Key Accountabilities
Partner with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to support portfolio administration and ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate lease and loan documentation from request through closing, including preparation, review, system setup, and ongoing maintenance.
Manage communication with title companies, internal partners, and outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate loan closings.
Monitor and update internal systems, reports, and tracking tools to support portfolio management and pipeline activity.
Serve as a liaison between Commercial Banking teams, operations partners, and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
Utilize commercial loan systems to access customer information and deliver responsive, high‑quality service.
Provide backup support, project assistance, and occasional work direction or training support to team members, as needed.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
4+ years of commercial lease or loan documentation experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, loan documentation, UCC filings, motor vehicle titles, and commercial insurance.
Preferred:
Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
2+ years of experience with Associated Bank loan systems.
Experience with Ambit Commercial Lending Operating System.
Knowledge of Solifi InfoLease‑10, Rapport, or Supertrump.
