Job Description
Receive and process telephone orders.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Clean equipment and facility as requested.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Perform basic math skills (accurately give change).
Have an outgoing personality with customers; serve as the first contact for inbound and carry‑out customers, communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
Most tasks are performed from a standing position; there are no chairs for employees. You must be able to stand for long periods of time.
