Job Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older.
General Job Duties: Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, clean equipment and facility daily. Training, orientation, and on‑site instruction are provided.
Communication Skills: Comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills: Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (calculator permitted). Make correct monetary change. Demonstrate verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements. Enter orders via keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions: Exposure to adverse weather when removing trash, variable indoor temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+, sudden temperature shifts, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces up to 500°F+, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
