Key Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

Assist residents with therapeutic exercises & mobility training

Document patient progress & communicate with the therapy team

Ensure safety & effectiveness of therapy sessions

Collaborate with nursing & rehab staff to support resident goals

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Strong communication & teamwork skills
