In addition to leading a store, you’ll be applying judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask to help keep the team running smoothly.
Job Requirements & Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example: follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
Advancement Many team members began as delivery drivers and progressed to franchise ownership or corporate operations.
Stores provide opportunities ranging from delivery driver to franchisee.

Qualifications
General store duties: operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, clean equipment and facility daily.
Training: orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Communication Skills: give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers verbally and over the phone.
Essential Functions/Skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately, make correct monetary change, process orders verbally and by telephone, motor coordination, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Physical Demands & Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges.
Task demands: standing most of the shift, walking short distances, lifting delivery items up to 50 lbs, carrying and pushing pizza trays,britannically climbing stairs or ladders, stooping Leah / bending, crouching, reaching and gripping items.
Driving Duties: deliver product by car, use an insured vehicle, navigate adverse terrain, qualify with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Essential Skills
Navigational skills: read a map, locate addresses within a delivery area.
Strong verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to perform rapid and accurate motions with speed and motor coordination between eyes and hand/fingers.
Basic computer skills: enter ordersுக்கு using keyboard or touch screen.
