Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are talent leaders, driving recruitment, training, engagement, and development. They bring their best selves every day to create an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers.
