Responsibilities
Comply with all related regulatory requirements.
Ensure the warehouse group complies with company policies and corrective actions.
Supervise activities of warehouse associates and area coordinators.
Plan, organize, and set goals for the Warehouse team to best utilize personnel to achieve long‑ and short‑term goals.
Maintain accuracy levels on inventory, report major discrepancies, and develop an action plan to eliminate occurrences.
Stop further processing in the event of encountering non‑conforming product condition.
Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines, procedures, and material control systems.
Analyze and resolve issues using independent judgment.
Coach and develop personnel.
Qualifications
2–4 years of materials management or related experience.
1–2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
B.B.A. or B.S. in business or related curriculum.
Excellent analytical skills.
