Job Description Domino’s Pizza is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our pizza‑loving family. You will be the voice of our company, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Taking phone orders with accuracy and efficiency
Providing excellent customer service with a smile (even over the phone)
Answering customer questions about our menu, promotions, and delivery services
Addressing and resolving customer concerns with patience and understanding
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and happy customers
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving skills and a knack for finding solutions
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems
A love for pizza is a definite plus

Must maintain 100% image at all times, following the Domino’s dress code and representing the brand positively.

Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers; excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.
