Job Description We are looking for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. Whether it's a hobby, main gig, or supplemental job, Domino's offers schedules that work for you.
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Job Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Provide written and verbal instructions to customers and colleagues.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Make accurate monetary change.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Perform mathematical calculations accurately and quickly.
Demonstrate motor coordination and hand–eye coordination for precise movements at speed.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and advance to franchise owners, managers, and corporate positions.

Physical and Work Conditions Exposure to:
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
Sudden temperature changes.
Food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing:
Effective talking and hearing on the telephone.
Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments:
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, make judgments, and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Work surfaces range from 36" to 72".
Walking:
Short distances for short durations.
Sitting:
Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting:
Bulk deliveries unloaded with a hand truck.
Deliveries up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'.
Cases lifted from floor and stacked up to 72".
Carrying:
Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage.
Pizza sauce (30 lb) from storage to front of store.
Trays of dough (≈12 lb each) carried three at a time over short distances.
Pushing:
Trays placed on dollies (up to 30" long, up to 7.5 lb force). Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing:
Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders.
Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at waist for pizza assembly station (30‑45 s per bout). Repeated continuously during the day.
Similar bending at front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Reaching:
Continuous reaching up, down, forward. Occasionally above 72" to control ovens and change prices.
Hand tasks:
Eye‑hand coordination essential; use of hands continuous.
Handling dough, pizza peels, cutters, boxes; frequent pinching.
Tools/Equipment:
Use of pencils, phones, calculators, pizza cutters, peels, etc.
