Responsibilities

Must be able to work a straight swing shift.
Follow established planning or procedures.
Set up and operateLLVM press cure equipment – PLC or manual controlled.
Understand machine fault codes and related mechanical/electrical relationships as it relates to the operation of the machine.
Makes operator‑controlled repairs as required.
Must pass all job‑specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasksPrinter specialized assignments.
Must be willing to perform work on weekends and holidays as required.
Must be willing to work overtime as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications – Level 1
High School diploma or equivalent and 0 years additional education and/or related experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
Able to work a physically demanding day phi (stand for long periods; work from your knees; ascend and descend ladders; lift, bend, twist, push and pull up to 50 lbs.).
Able to read, comprehend and follow established written instructions without deviation.
Perform basic math and measurement functions.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Basic Qualifications – Level 2
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.

Salary & Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $37,400.00 - $62,400.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in VP or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
