Your Mission, if you choose to accept it
Be the engineering detective პერიოდში uncover causes of collapses, foundation failures, leaks, roof damage, and post‑storm, post‑icon, or post‑fire structural issues.
Enjoy flexible scheduling and autonomy during site visits while gathering evidence and documenting site conditions.
Conduct expert evaluations and prepare professional reports. Enjoy a healthy mix of field work and remote/office‑based analysis (about 40/60).
What You’ll Do
Investigate and determine the root causes of structural failures — from foundations to roofs and all components of the building envelope.
Assess moisture and water intrusion issues.
Perform detailed field inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
Evaluate the extent of damage and assess structural integrity.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
(Required)
Active
P.E. license
in the state of the open position
(Required)

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
