Carpentry Crew Leader

Atlantic Design & Build is seeking a skilled, full-time Carpenter Crew Leader to join our growing team. This role involves a variety of indoor and outdoor rough and finish carpentry tasks across residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities will vary by project, offering diverse and engaging work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of professional carpentry experience

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Proficiency with power tools

OSHA 10 Certification

Valid Driver's Licence

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of carpentry experience

Finish carpentry experience

Equipment operation experience and applicable licensure

Spanish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry for both interior and exterior projects

Read and interpret building plans and specifications

Lead crew to complete work in a safe, professional, and efficient manner

Safely operate hand and power tools

Review app for the day's scheduled work and upcoming jobs

Attend morning briefing at shop for special instructions and job details

Plan and prep for the entire day's work (pack all necessary tools, supplies and PPE)
