Job Description Provides logistics/scheduling related technical support and manages project schedules for internal client groups in planning, procurement, development, construction, and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Adhere to enterprise scheduling standards, ensuring standards such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) remain current.
Update, revise, and detail schedules as projects progress through development and execution stages, incorporating earned‑value data from Field Construction Analysts and other tracking sources.
Interpret performance of scheduled activities and communicate issues to the Project Manager, analyzing impacts of schedule updates on baseline plans and incorporating resource requirements at planning stages.
Develop and manage schedule performance indicators.
Provide technical advice related to scheduling/planning/logistics, developing detailed “what‑if” schedules to communicate options, identify critical path elements, and drive logic options.
Represent the department by advising and coordinating internal projects and external activities with customers, partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Advise on the preparation and disposition of documents required for project completion, providing reports, schedules, updates, and input on scheduling and planning for projects.
Interface with various stakeholders on the project team and key stakeholders to receive information needed for accurate and timely critical‑path management of project schedules.
Qualifications • 5‑10+ years of experience in P6 scheduling • 10/6 Training Preferred • Proficiency in Primavera, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite
