Job Summary
Assistant Managers assist the store General Manager with implementing operating standards and managing day‑to‑day store operations.
Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in executing operating standards.
Prepare product and run shifts efficiently.
Control costs and manage daily paperwork.
Manage employees and handle scheduling when the General Manager is off duty.
Address customer‑related issues, problem‑solve, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe‑driving record that meets company standards.
Proof of auto‑liability insurance for yourself and the personal vehicle used for delivery.
Ability to work flexible hours and sometimes adverse weather conditions while delivering product.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
Additional Information
Ongoing training through the company is available and will be provided as new training/classes become available.
