Warehouse Supervisor | Bilingual: ENG/SPA | Salary up to $72k (BOE)
Mission Foods is looking for a talented Warehouse Supervisor for our Albuquerque, NM facility. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate workers engaged in receiving, transporting, stocking, order filling, and shipping.
Responsibilities
Maintain cost per pound for labor used in the warehouse.
Ensure all food service orders are verified by product.
Ensure all dates are sent correctly to each customer following all specifications issued in writing.
Maintain product rotation in accordance with First In, First Out (FIFO).
Ensure all trucks leave at their scheduled departure time.
Keep employees informed of factors relating to their work assignment, progress, and opportunities for advancement.
Monitor workers to ensure they achieve case‑movement requirements and follow late‑delivery procedures when a late departure is anticipated.
Ensure that all GMPs relating to the warehouse are followed.
Maintain spoils and damages at a minimum, following necessary procedures when they occur.
Conduct accurate inventories by code.
Ensure that warehouse personnel are trained in all aspects of the operation in compliance with OSHA and AIB standards.
Mp a member of the safety, quality, and food‑safety committees.
Perform safety and sanitation audits.
Conduct monthly training sessions on safety and food safety for warehouse employees.
Participate in special safety assignments.
Maintain open and continuous communication with production and maintenance supervisors.
Perform other duties as required.
Education & Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Minimum two years of experience in warehouse operations is required, preferably within a food‑manufacturing environment. Minimum two years in a supervisory capacity or four years as a lead in a manufacturing environment required. Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA, and AIB
Ability contiguous simple analysis
Capacity to lift, pull, and push at least 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in dusty, noisy, hot, cold, and smallੁ areas
Dispatch truck deadline experience in a food‑service department
Effective communication in Spanish and English required
