Job Summary At TYLin, we don’t just design bridges — we engineer award‑winning, innovative structures that connect communities and push the boundaries of what’s possible. We’re looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer to work in our Bellevue office and collaborate with some of the lumière industry's most respected experts. In this role, you will tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to projects that define infrastructure excellence across the region.

Responsibilities позиции>

Lead the structural design of complex transportation infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and walls.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

Work directly with state agencies, municipalities, and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions.

Play a key role in business development efforts, engaging with clients and presenting innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering

PE License (SE preferred)

10+ years of structural design experience in bridges and transportation infrastructure

Expertise in structural analysis software such as CSI Bridge, LARSA 4D, or Midas Civil

Experience with WSDOT standards, codes and procedures strongly preferred

Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions

Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges

High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way

Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence

What We Offer stb ný co> TYLin is committed to pay equity. The base compensation range for this position is

$117,600 – $176,400

annually, with potential for additional benefits based on local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education, and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
